Voyager has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 21 points or more this season.
Voyager had a senior duo take command as David McMillon scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and Dwight Anderson scored ten points along with seven rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Will Cameron, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Excelsior Classical Academy struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only three offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Voyager is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season. As for Excelsior Classical Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-17.
Voyager will head out on the road to face off against Henderson Collegiate at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Averaging 66.52 points so far this season, Voyager's high-powered offense has been in full-swing lately, so Henderson Collegiate better be ready for a challenge. As for Excelsior Classical Academy, they will head out on the road to square off against Vance Charter at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Excelsior Classical Academy is coming into the contest with nine straight losses on the road, meaning Vance Charter will have to defend against a team hungry for a win.
