Bloomfield won the last time they faced North Bergen and things went their way on Friday too. The Bengals blew past the Bruins 9-1. The result was nothing new for the Bengals, who have now won nine matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Bloomfield has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-10 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for North Bergen, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-11.

Bloomfield wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 7-5 loss against Verona on the 17th. Hopefully North Bergen paid attention to the Bengals' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Bengals at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
