Franklin's Losing Streak Is No More Thanks to King Soloman Hamilton
Thanks in part to King Soloman Hamilton, Franklin said goodbye to their seven-game losing streak dating back to last season. On Thursday Soloman Hamilton threw for 222 yards and four touchdowns on only 17 passes, and also rushed for 33 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Franklin's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. Soloman Hamilton and Franklin will take on Roosevelt on Friday.

Cleveland was sadly handed a defeat on Thursday, but Sam Ribner did his best to prevent it. Franklin had no answer to Ribner as he rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries, and also threw for 190 yards and two touchdowns.
Cleveland is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5. Ribner and Cleveland are taking a road trip to face off against Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

A Season-Best Performance from Cash Landau Leads Franklin over Cleveland
On Thursday, Franklin got the W thanks in part to Cash Landau playing the best football he has all season. Landau picked up 108 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Cleveland's probably not too fond of Landau given he always seems to get the better of them. When Landau last faced the Warriors back in September of 2023, he picked up 206 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

Sayre Came Up Big in Franklin's 47-28 Win
Franklin's seven-game losing streak dating back to last season is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Jay Sayre. Sayre turned in nothing short of a gem on Thursday, rushing for 119 yards on only 15 carries.
For the season, Sayre has averaged 92.2 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 30.83 rushing yards per game.

Hank Blaha Makes It Two for Cleveland
