Brock Lamle threw for four touchdowns as
Blanchard (Okla.) defeated
Newcastle (Okla.) 42-14 on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a touchdown pass by Lamle to
Kyle Self in the first quarter, the Lions led 28-7 at the half.
Blanchard expanded its lead to 28 points entering the fourth quarter. BHS's lone score in the quarter came on a Lamle touchdown pass to
Tanner Foster.
The Lions also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 30-8.
With the win Blanchard extended its winning streak to three games.
Newcastle (1-2) will play a non-conference game against Tuttle next week, while Blanchard (3-0) will take on Little Axe in a 3A District 1 game.
