Football Recap: Logansport Takes a Loss

Logansport and Jeanerette squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Logansport had to settle for second. They had to suffer through a 36-8 loss at the hands of Jeanerette. Logansport was red-hot offensively heading into the contest (they scored no less than 31 points in the six games prior), but Jeanerette's defense proved too tough.

Logansport moved to 9-4 with that defeat, which also ended their seven-game winning streak. As for Jeanerette, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1.
