The home team had won the previous three meetings between Greenbrier and Evans, and Greenbrier kept the tradition alive. The Greenbrier Wolfpack blew past the Evans Knights 10-0 on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Wolfpack, who have now won four matches by eight goals or more so far this season.

They hit Evans with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Madelyn Heckathorn (4), Natalie Heckathorn (4), and Mackenzie Canady (2).

Greenbrier's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three contests. As for Evans, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-1.
