Denton posted their closest victory since November 19, 2024 on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Ryan Raiders, sneaking past 53-50. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Broncos.

Denton's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ethan Sheats, who posted 13 points. Jeremiah Brown was another key player, putting up ten points.

Several Raiders players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kadon Jackson, who put up 12 points. Another player making a difference was Xaier Hiler, who earned ten points.

Denton has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-13 record this season. As for Ryan, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-23.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Birdville the next time they take the court. Denton will head out to face Birdville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Ryan will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
