There's no place like home for Poplar Bluff, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out the North County Raiders 3-2. This was payback for the Mules, who suffered a 5-4 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Poplar Bluff's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Myles Johnson, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Poplar Bluff's record is now 16-13. As for North County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-14.

As of now, neither Poplar Bluff nor the Raiders have any future games scheduled.
