Wilson needed a changed in momentum after dropping four straight games and they got it from Adrian Anaya. The Mules blew past the Rancho Dominguez Lobos, posting a 42-14 victory thanks in part to Anaya, who rushed for 309 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 12.4 yards per carry, and also threw for 102 yards and two touchdowns while completing 87.5% of his passes. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 107.5 rushing yards per game.

Despite the loss, Rancho Dominguez still got an impressive performance from Justin Reyes, who rushed for 130 yards and one score on only 13 carries. Reyes also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making 12 total tackles (2.0 for loss). Another rusher making a difference was Julian Conner, who rushed for 70 yards and one TD.

Wilson's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Rancho Dominguez, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-9.

Wilson didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 33-20 victory against Chavez on the 14th. Rancho Dominguez does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
