The La Joya Community Fighting Lobos will be playing at home against the Seton Catholic Sentinels at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Meanwhile, Seton Catholic also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to Sierra Linda by a score of 35-26.
Despite the loss, Seton Catholic got a solid performance out of Nick Pongratz, who picked up 92 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Even if they lost, Seton Catholic's defensive line sure didn't make it easy: Sierra Linda's QB was sacked 4.5 times before it was all said and done. In that department, Declan Hermes was the leader with three sacks.
La Joya Community's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Seton Catholic, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.
