Ayden Dodge Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Friday, Strasburg got the W thanks in part to Ayden Dodge playing the best football he has all season. Dodge rushed for 174 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries, and also caught a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Dodge and Strasburg will take on Kent Denver at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Dodge will face off against Wyatt Walker, the Sun Devils' star running back. Will the contest be decided in the trenches? We'll have our answer very soon.

While Bennett might've come up empty on Saturday, Brody Hawes wasn't going down without a fight. Hawes was dynamite, rushing for 108 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making 14 total tackles and defending a pass.
Bennett is on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7. Hawes and Bennett will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Strasburg at 7:00 p.m. on November 1st.

While Logan Mael delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Englewood. Despite the defeat, Mael was still balling out as he rushed for -3 yards.
This season, Mael has averaged 42.9 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 0.57 rushing yards per game.

Kent Denver Gets a Boost from Walker in 48-22 Win
Kent Denver picked up their third consecutive win on Saturday thanks in part to Wyatt Walker. Walker was unstoppable, rushing for 200 yards while picking up 9.1 yards per carry, and also picking up 55 receiving yards. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 200 rushing yards dating back to last season.
On the year, Walker has averaged 38.4 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 69.86 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 132.29 rushing yards.

Cougar Cronk Makes It Two for Bennett
The second Bennett player making an appearance here is Cougar Cronk, and for good reason. He rushed for 123 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries.
This year, Cronk has run in 4 touchdowns while averaging 90.7 rushing yards per game.
