Caldwell put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 57-46 victory over the Verona Hillbillies. That's more bragging rights for the Chiefs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Caldwell's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Verona, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-1 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Caldwell will take on Newark Central at 1:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025. Caldwell knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Newark Central likes a good challenge. As for Verona, they will face off against West Essex at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
