De'angelo Wright Delivers Best Effort of Season
Marlin was led to victory by De'Angelo Wright, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Wright rushed for 210 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 99-yard run.
The victory was the fifth in a row for Marlin, bringing their record for this year to 7-3. Wright and Marlin will face off against Holland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
