The Christ Prep Academy Patriots had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They breezed by Ozanam on the road to the tune of 69-21. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-8.
Christ Prep Academy's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Ozanam, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
Christ Prep Academy will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Summit Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on December 12th. As for Ozanam, they will head out on the road to face off against Midland Adventist Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
