If Cathedral wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Hamilton Southeastern, they should've done a better job of containing Jasmine Daniels. The Royals put the hurt on the Fighting Irish with a sharp 3-0 win on Saturday for which the team can thank Daniels, who had five digs and two aces. Daniels is also crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 16 every time she's taken the court this season.

Hamilton Southeastern not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Cathedral to exactly 20 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-20, 25-20.

When it comes to explaining why Cathedral lost, don't look at Annabelle Hoban. Despite the final result, she had 14 digs.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Hamilton Southeastern, bringing their record up to 13-1. As for Cathedral, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-5.
