After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Upper Scioto Valley, Waynesfield-Goshen was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They breezed past the Hardin Northern Polar Bears to the tune of 37-6. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 30-6.

Despite the loss, Hardin Northern saw an underclassman step up: freshman Blayne Kindle rushed for 82 yards and one TD.

The win got Waynesfield-Goshen back to even at 2-2. As for Hardin Northern, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.
