Belfry's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Eric Daniels, who scored 20 points along with 9 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Zade Rash, who scored 16 points along with 6 steals.
Berea's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Belfry, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Berea will head out on the road to face off against West Carter at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Belfry, they will be playing at home against Paintsville at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Paintsville is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
