The Lodi Academy Titans's game on Tuesday was all tied up 24-24 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They received a tough blow as they fell 61-46 to Delta Charter. Lodi Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Delta Charter apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.
Lodi Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Winston Dos Reis, who scored 13 points along with seven assists and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Ty Zinke, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Lodi Academy now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Delta Charter, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-11.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lodi Academy will take on Victory Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Delta Charter, they will head out on the road to challenge Humphreys Able Charter at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
