Berlin made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 4,516 from 5,206. The improvement came about via a 55-13 victory over Tolland last week.
The Redcoats' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Mitch Williams threw for 19 yards and Tyler Bouchard had 11 yards receiving. On the ground Justin Gombotz chipped in 107 yards. Kyle Young helped Berlin's passing attack out by catching one ball for eight yards.
Berlin's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Redcoats feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Williams has thrown for 468 yards and six touchdowns this season, while Bouchard has nine catches for 189 yards. Gombotz leads the league in rushing with 339 yards.
Berlin led the league in scoring this week after putting up 55 points on the Eagles. Gombotz in the win.
