Detroit Leadership Academy suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Tuesday. They were outmatched by Arts & Tech on the road and fell 81-26.
Meanwhile, Voyageur Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak two weeks ago. They took a 79-71 hit to the loss column at the hands of Bowman Academy. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Detroit Leadership Academy dropped their record down to 3-8 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 29.7 points per game. As for Voyageur Academy, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-4.
Detroit Leadership Academy was dealt a bruising 69-34 loss at the hands of Voyageur Academy when the teams last played back in December of 2021.
