After losing to Garrison Forest the last time they met, the St. John's Catholic Prep Vikings decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. St. John's Catholic Prep enjoyed a cozy 50-36 win over Garrison Forest on Friday.
It was another big night for Nadia Ferguson, who scored 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Maya Graham, who scored 12 points.
St. John's Catholic Prep's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-7. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.5 points per game. As for Garrison Forest, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
St. John's Catholic Prep won't have much time to rest: their next match is against John Carroll at 12:00 p.m. on January 27th. As for Garrison Forest, they will take on South River at TBD on Monday. South River will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
