The Pahrump Valley Trojans put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against Lincoln County by a score of 30-17. Despite the win, that was the fewest points Pahrump Valley has scored all season.
It was another big night for Avery Moore, who scored nine points along with four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Paris Coleman, who scored four points along with five rebounds.
Pahrump Valley's win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Lincoln County, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.
Pahrump Valley's road trip will continue as they head out to face White Pine at 7:30 p.m. on December 20th. White Pine will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Nevada Rankings (they are ranked 65th, while Pahrump Valley is ranked fourth). Lincoln County and Varsity Opponent will face off at 6:00 p.m. on December 20th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Varsity Opponent is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.
