Biddeford came into Tuesday's   matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Everything went their way against the Westbrook Blue Blazes on Tuesday as the Biddeford Tigers made off with  a  14-1 win.   Gavin Haggett was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run and  only one  hit while striking out 11 over four innings pitched. Haggett has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in four consecutive pitching appearances. Haggett was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 1-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and a  triple.
 In other batting news,  Kaden Langevin was a standout: he scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-3. Another player making a difference was  Dom Smith, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 The  victory  got Biddeford back to even at 4-4. As for Westbrook, their loss was  their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 0-9.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Biddeford will take on South Portland at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Westbrook, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Massabesic at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
