The Brewer Patriots won the last time they faced the Falkville Blue Devils, and things went their way  on Saturday too. Brewer walked away with  a   51-40  victory over the Blue Devils. The  victory made it back-to-back wins for Brewer.
  Austyn Holmes was  his usual excellent self,  scoring 20 points along with three  steals. He hasn't dropped below two  steals for three straight games. Another player making a difference was  Jackson Dunn, who  scored 13 points along with five  rebounds and two  steals.
 Brewer's victory bumped their record up to 11-13. As for Falkville, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost three of their last four contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 10-14 record this season.
 Brewer will  face off against the Red Devils at 8:00  p.m.  on Monday. Lawrence County is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 56.6  points per game this season. As for Falkville, they will be playing at home against the Tigers at 6:15  p.m.  on Tuesday.
