Perspectives-IIT/Joslin's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Leilani Laws, who scored 22 points. That makes it ten consecutive games in which Laws has scored at least a third of Perspectives-IIT/Joslin's points. Another player making a difference was Victoria Robinson, who scored 17 points.
Curie's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Perspectives-IIT/Joslin, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-7.
Curie will play host again and welcome Prosser, where tip off is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Perspectives-IIT/Joslin, they will head out on the road to square off against Johnson at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
