The biggest upset of the week belonged to Northern Burlington, who took down 171st ranked Lawrence, 47-42.
The Greyhounds made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 6,146 from 6,690. The advance stemmed from a 47-42 victory over the Cardinals last week.
Pemberton's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Dennis Clark threw for 130 and one touchdown and Antoine Wilson had 53 yards receiving. On the ground Quincy Lambert chipped in 63 yards. Jahmir Foman helped Pemberton's passing attack out by catching one ball for 31 yards.
Burlington Township's Khalil Trotman and Mike Thomas have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading West Jersey - Patriot in both passing and receiving yards. Trotman has thrown for 998 yards this season, while Thomas, a 5-foot-11 receiver, has 22 catches for 533 yards. The Hornets' Lambert leads the league in rushing yards with 572.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Falcons take on Northern Burlington. Burlington Township is in first place, while Jonathan Reising's team is in third place.
The Greyhounds led the league in scoring this week after putting up 47 points on Lawrence.
