The Kenwood Bluebirds will be playing in front of their home fans against the Western Tech & Environmental Science Wolverines at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Kenwood is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.
Last Friday, Kenwood was able to grind out a solid win over North Harford, taking the game 43-36.
Kenwood found their leader in underclassman Diamond Watters, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten rebounds. Watters hasn't dropped below 16 points for five straight games.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 57-25, which was the final score in Western Tech & Environmental Science's tilt against St. Charles on Monday.
Kenwood has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. As for Western Tech & Environmental Science, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.
