It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 58-26, which was the final score in Brentwood Christian's's tilt against Covenant Christian on Thursday.
Covenant Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Lucy Hahn led the charge by dropping a double-double on 19 points and 15 rebounds. That's the first time this season that Hahn scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Keeley Chaddick, who scored 23 points.
Brentwood Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Covenant Christian, they now have a winning record of 9-8.
Brentwood Christian will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Savio at 7:00 p.m. on December 28th. Covenant Christian won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against St. Andrew's at 12:45 p.m. on December 29th.
