Harrells Christian Academy extended their winning streak to nine games thanks to a huge performance from Antonio McKoy. The Crusaders were the clear victors by a 68-46 margin over the Wayne Country Day Chargers on Thursday for which the team can thank McKoy, who dropped a double-double with 33 points and ten rebounds. He has been hot for a while, having posted 16 or more points the last 30 times he's played.

Amir Moore was another key player, dropping a double-double with 18 points and ten boards. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Harrells Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Wayne Country Day, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 8-5.

Looking ahead, Harrells Christian Academy will face off against R.J. Reynolds at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. The Crusaders will be up against the Demons' rather soft defense (which has allowed 61.2 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Wayne Country Day, they will take on Southern Wayne in a tournament on the 20th.
