Shane Hulmes Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, Northwestern Lehigh got the W thanks in part to Shane Hulmes playing the best football he has all season. Hulmes wasn't messing around, picking up three sacks, forcing a fumble, and making eight total tackles. The matchup was his ninth straight with five or more total tackles dating back to last season.
If the past is any indication, Hulmes could be in store for another big game when he takes on Tamaqua on Friday. Back in August of 2023 (the last time Hulmes saw the Blue Raiders), he picked up two sacks, forced a fumble, and made six total tackles (3.0 for loss).
