The Snake River Panthers will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against the Bear Lake Bears at 4:30 p.m. on December 20th. Snake River has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 323 points over their last five matches.
Even though Kimberly scored an imposing 57 points on Friday, Snake River still came out on top. Snake River snuck past Kimberly with a 62-57 victory.
Bear Lake can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They skirted past Farson-Eden 50-47.
Bryson Crane continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 16 points and ten steals. Those ten steals set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Christian Bush, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds.
Snake River's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Bear Lake, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.
Everything went Snake River's way against Bear Lake in their previous meeting back in January of 2016 as Snake River made off with a 72-46 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Snake River since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
