Upsala extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Samuel Laliberte. The Upsala Cardinals pulled ahead with a 59-58 photo finish over the Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City Falcons on Friday thanks in part to Laliberte, who went 9 for 19 on his way to 26 points. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Primus, who posted eight points in addition to nine assists and six steals. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played.

Upsala has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.9 points per game. As for Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Upsala will face off against Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City, it'll be Battle of the Birds when the Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City Falcons challenge the Eden Valley-Watkins Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
