With a playoff game on the line, the Dymally Challengers rose to the challenge on Friday. They blew past Legacy 49-28. Dymally might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won five games by 21 points or more this season.
Dymally's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Mitaevionne Reynolds led the charge by rushing for 118 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries. Bryant Collins was another key contributor, gaining 118 total yards and two touchdowns.
Dymally pushed their record up to 8-3 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 46.7 points per game. As for Legacy, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-3 record this season.
Dymally will square off against Dorsey at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Dorsey is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games. Legacy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
