Larimore took a 22-point defeat the last time they faced off against Dakota Prairie, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Larimore Polar Bears came out on top in a nail-biter against the Dakota Prairie Knights on Tuesday, sneaking past 50-48. This was payback for the Polar Bears, who suffered a 66-44 loss the last time these two teams met.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Larimore to victory, but perhaps none more so than Baron Burns, who shot 50% from the field on his way to 13 points. Burns is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 40% in the last three games he's played. Avery Gratton was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with nine points and 12 rebounds.

Larimore has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season.

Larimore will square off against Midway/Minto at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Midway/Minto's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five games. Dakota Prairie does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
