Davenport North will be playing at home against Muscatine at at 7:30 PM on Friday. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
There's no need to mince words: Davenport North lost to Pleasant Valley last Friday, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 6-44. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Davenport North.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Muscatine, and their contest last Friday only extended their streak of losses to four. They were completely outmatched, falling 14-58 to Iowa City West.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the win. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
