The Fieldston Eagles can now show off 12 landslide victories after their most recent game on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 54-25 win over Riverdale Country on the road. The win was nothing new for Fieldston as they're now sitting on four straight.
Fieldston found their leader in underclassman Sarah Weinick, who scored 27 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jade ling Eng-stewart, who scored 13 points.
Fieldston pushed their record up to 14-2 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Riverdale Country, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fieldston will take on Horace Mann at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. Horace Mann is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Riverdale Country, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Trevor Day at 11:40 a.m. on Saturday.
