Northwest has gone a perfect 6-0 against Urbandale recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Wolves will be playing in front of their home fans against the J-Hawks at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Northwest has four straight wins, Urbandale has five straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Northwest is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 12-4 margin over Ankeny on Monday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Meanwhile, Urbandale suffered their biggest defeat since June 12, 2024 on Monday. They lost 8-2 to Johnston.

Urbandale's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Northwest, their win bumped their record up to 8-1.
