Linton-Stockton stacked a sixth blowout onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They breezed by North Knox on the road to the tune of 48-14. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 27-7.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Linton-Stockton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Paul Oliver, who rushed for 100 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Jesse Voigtschild, who rushed for 94 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries.
Meanwhile, in a tight contest that could have gone either way, Greencastle made off with a 30-29 win over North Putnam.
Lamar Moore continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 231 yards and four touchdowns. Moore hasn't dropped below sixsolo tackles for three straight games.
Their wins bumped Linton-Stockton to 9-1 and Greencastle to 8-2.
