Edgewood had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 23-25, 22-25, 25-15, 25-19, 17-15.

Elle Siniscalchi and Lexi Sheffield were among the main playmakers for Edgewood as the former had 23 digs and two aces and the latter had 12 digs and eight aces. Those 12 digs gave Sheffield a new career-high. Lexi Weyenberg was another key player, getting 13 digs.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Mount Horeb, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Portage on Thursday.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-16, 17-25, 25-14.
Edgewood's record is now 25-7. As for Mount Horeb, their record now sits at 24-9.
