Cranbrook Kingswood was led to victory by Brooke Brown and Sophia Tang. Brown went 6 for 11 en route to 12 points plus six rebounds and two steals, while Tang went 5 for 8 en route to 12 points plus four steals. Another player making a difference was Justine Casey, who scored six points in addition to two steals.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oakside Prep Academy will venture away from home to take on Pontiac at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cranbrook Kingswood, they will head out to face off against Plymouth Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
