The Grace Christian Warriors proved they can win big  on Friday (they won by 33) but  on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a  33-30  win over Blue Ridge Christian. The score was all tied up  17-17 at the break, but Grace Christian was the  better team in the second half.
 Grace Christian was led to victory by  Maddie Harper and  Kaitlyn Harper.  Harper  scored eight points along with two  steals, while  Harper  scored 14 points along with five  rebounds.
 When it comes to explaining why Blue Ridge Christian lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Callie Paradzinski. Despite the final result, she  scored 12 points along with two  steals.
 Grace Christian has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won ten of their last 11 contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. As for Blue Ridge Christian, their loss  ended  a  seven-game streak of wins at home  dating back to last season and  dropped them to 11-2.
 Grace Christian will take on the Crusaders at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Blue Ridge Christian, they will head out on the road to  face off against  the Crusaders at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. Ridgeview Christian will have to bring their A-game into this one,  as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Virginia Rankings (they are ranked 329th, while the Bears are ranked 105th).
