Wood River faced Twin Falls in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Wolverines never let the Bruins get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. Wood River might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 contests by three goals or more this season.

They hit Twin Falls with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jackson Wallace, Mateo De La Torre, Hayden Gvozdas, and Alejandro Romero.

Wood River pushed their record up to 15-1-2 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Twin Falls, they moved to 11-6-1 with that loss, which also ended their six-match winning streak.

Wood River does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Twin Falls, they will challenge Jerome at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
