Father McGivney Catholic lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being David Carroll, who scored ten points along with five rebounds. Those five rebounds set a new season-high mark for him. Ryker Keller was another key contributor, scoring six points.
Gibault Catholic's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Father McGivney Catholic, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.
