The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Jones in their matchups with Spring Creek: they've now lost seven in a row.
Jones' lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Aariel Jemison, who scored 7 points along with 6 rebounds.
Jones' defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Spring Creek, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jones will square off against Union at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Spring Creek, they will head out on the road to face off against Dixon at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
