There's no place like home for Legacy Charter, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Thursday. Everything went their way against Altamonte Christian on Thursday as they made off with  an  18-3 victory. The result was nothing new for Legacy Charter, who have now won four games by 15  runs or more  so far this season.
 Stefanie Donahey made a splash no matter where she played. She  struck out seven batters over  four innings while giving up  three earned runs off   four  hits. She has been consistent  recently: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 1-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Madison Catrett and  Brooklynn Kowal did most of the damage at the plate:  Catrett  scored three  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in three of her five plate appearances, while  Kowal  got on base  in three of her four plate appearances with three  runs, one  triple,  and two  RBI. What's more,  Catrett posted three  RBI, the most she's  had since back in April of 2024.  Chasity Sepulveda was another key player,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-3.
 Legacy Charter  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .632. They are  a perfect 4-0 when  they post an OBP of .513 or better.
The  win  got Legacy Charter back to even at 6-6. As for Altamonte Christian, their defeat was  their seventh straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 0-7.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Legacy Charter will take on Edgewater at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Altamonte Christian, they will face off against Real Life Christian Academy at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
