This season hasn't been kind to Heritage Christian, who are still winless after their fourth contest. They took a serious blow against Northern Virginia HomeSchool on Friday, falling 47-18.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Northern Virginia HomeSchool to victory, but perhaps none more so than Joseph Gresham, who scored eight points. Another player making a difference was Joshua/Khase Anderson, who scored six points.
Heritage Christian bumped their record down to 0-4 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Northern Virginia HomeSchool, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-1-1.
Heritage Christian will head out on the road to face off against Trinity Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Northern Virginia HomeSchool won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Victory Baptist Academy at 1:00 p.m. on January 6th. Hopefully Victory Baptist Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Friday.
