Columbus North's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 17-11. As for Franklin Community, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-6.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Thursday's contest: Franklin Community has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 8.9 aces per game. However, it's not like Columbus North struggles in that department as they've been averaging 7.8 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
