There's no place like home for the Box Elder Bees, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They managed a 48-43 victory over Bonneville on Wednesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Box Elder also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2023.
Box Elder's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Max Isaacson, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijah Kersey, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Box Elder has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 5-9 record this season. As for Bonneville, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 6-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Box Elder will take on Clearfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Utah (Clearfield is ranked 77th, while Box Elder is ranked 76th). As for Bonneville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Viewmont at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Viewmont has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 204 points over their last three contests.
