The Brentwood School Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Fountain Valley Barons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Brentwood School has six straight victories, Fountain Valley has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Lourd hasn't dropped below three passing touchdowns for seven straight games. Another player making a difference was Davis Wong, who picked up 38 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Fountain Valley was the victim of a rough 31-7 loss at the hands of Newport Harbor on Friday.
Brentwood School's victory was their fourth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 8-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 40.0 points per game. As for Fountain Valley, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
