The Muckleshoot Tribal Kings scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They breezed by Pope John Paul II at home to the tune of 83-52. The victory was just what Muckleshoot Tribal needed coming off of a 74-52 defeat in their prior contest.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Muckleshoot Tribal to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cedar Korndorfer, who scored 33 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Payton Brown, who scored 20 points along with eight rebounds and seven steals.
Muckleshoot Tribal's victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-2. As for Pope John Paul II, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.
Muckleshoot Tribal will head out on the road to face off against Puget Sound Adventist at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pope John Paul II, they will be playing at home against Concordia Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Concordia Christian Academy and Pope John Paul II are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads.
